Seeing only gray loading circle

Good day and blessings
I am Cornelius Group IT Manager of Film Fun Holdings and my heart is garden garden to have seen this application

I have:

1. An Ubuntu box installed with Live helper chat.

2. I can see the web page chat and it works: http://172.18.X.X:8080/livehelperchat/i … /startchat

3. I have copied the code for the widget to VERY basic web page

4. Also tried code snippet found on livehelperchat.com

If I point the chat widget to livehelperchat.com the widget work and all is ok
po.src = '//demo.livehelperchat.com/chat/getstatus/(click)/internal/(ma)/br/(position)/bottom_right/(check_operator_messages)/true/(top)/350/(units)/pixels?r='+refferer+'&l='+location;

If I change the address to point ot my interneal server i Only get the gray loading circle

I have searched on forum but could not find how to fix this.

Additional information:

The agent can see the chat and respond when I start a chat on - "I can see the web page chat and it works: http://172.18.X.X:8080/livehelperchat/i … /startchat"
But when I start the chat through widget it does not appear on the agent list only the gray circle show on website

Also I did upgrade to the latest code 2.36 (downloaded the code today - 2015/09/03)

I have moved my test page to the same server that I installed Live helper Chat and now it works!!!

BUT is it possible to have the test page on another server?
What do I need to do to get this ready and working?

But in general I don't know why it does not work with IP directly. Like you have only result that it does not work but not the reason or URL where it tries to make request etc...

However this is not the requirement. the requirement is to have one installation of Live helper chat on the LHC server and then point multiple other servers to this one.
You see, I have a Linus server that is the LHC, I then have 1 internal Windows server running IIS and the web apps on this server I would like to point to the LHC server, I then have 2 public web servers that I would like to point to the LHC in my DMZ

I really appreciate your support.

By the way I really LOVE the web agent chat much more than the windows client. WELL DONE!!

Sorry, but you really will have to debug this issue yourself. Just see chrome what request it makes and what requests fails.
