Unbranded version / widget copyright image

hi, we activated the unbranded version extension.
Now we want to change the icon + Url of the following:
<img src="//weblivechat.nl/chat/design/defaulttheme/images/icons/user_green_chat_16x16.png" alt="Live Helper Chat">
plus the URL behind it.

I have followed the tutorial and created a new widget theme but in that window I don't have the option "widget copyright image" like in the tutorial.

We want to remove the icon but most importantly the URL behind it.

Is there a way I can add screenshots to this topic so I can show you the difference in options I see?

Hi,

You can do that also in widget theme and use different icon. Copyright image...

"Logo image, visible in widget left corner, 16x16"
"Site URL"

Hi,

I changed the logo and the URL behind it and I see it in the preview. But it is not showing on the live site.

what is the latest version then? We installed the software last week. Using version 2.35

Hmm. I'm not sure how you tested then. But here it all works...
Perhaps you are have some extension like unbrand.

Just try to disable it and see then... In any case without access to you back office or files to hard to say... There is commercial support of you need one. For the thing you want it would be 20%.

Just as i told make sure there is no active extension. After you disable if there is some. Just clear cache...

Also you can try to do the same with demo.livehelperchat.com to see does it works here.

we disabled the unbrand extension and we were able to change the logo and URL.
When we reactivated the unbrand extension, those changes were overruled again...

Is there another way to get this removed? Unbrand should be 100% unbrand, right?

Just I think unbrand extension was long time not updated. So just a little bit delay behind official version.

is there a way to change this directly in the code? I am not a web dev so I would need clear steps on how to do this.

Yes override templates and change. I'm afraid I'm just out of time to give you step by step instruction.
