Adding a custom start chat form drop down (for departments)

Hey all!

I recently installed LHC and I absolutely love it!
I was wondering if it is possible to add a drop down in my embed to select which department you would like to contact.
When I looked for it in the "Start chat form settings", it would only let me do text values.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

If there is only one department. Department combobox is not shown. Once you add another one. It will appear automatically.

Thanks for the fast reply!

Unfortunately, it didn't show up automatically.
I am using an embedded link, so maybe I need to update it?  (I have 5-6 departments)

I am using an embedded link, so maybe I need to update it?  (I have 5-6 departments)

I found out the problem:

When I made these departments, there was a check box that labelled "Hidden".  Thinking it was for hiding the email address linked to it, I checked them all.
