i want custom field to customer information pop up..
current form has below fields............

Phone
i want to add extra filed website, how can i do it

thanks i want to add these fields to "edit chat informartion " which admin enter.
i want to add fields city and state.
i tried below but it did not worked
Start a chat form settings > custom fields
How can i do it
