new visitor when refreshing page

Hi

I am currently testing live chat on my localhost.

Every time when i refresh the page, I get a new visitor in the online visitors page.

How to modify this behavior, because one visitor should correspond to one IP instead of one page view.

In your case I suggest in embed code generation window just provide domain localhost
