Generate widget embed code missing department for selection.

Hi all,

I am new to Live Helper Chat, I setup the software with four departments "Admin, Billing, Tech Support and Customer Service" , But when i try to generate widget embed code the department only show two ANY and Billing, anyone can help me fix this issues.

Also I has problem send the transcript email from the widget, Anyone know how to troubleshooting and make it working.

Hi,

1. Try in your account settings assign All departments.
2. As for transcript try to check your mail settings and make sure they are correct. https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/system/smtp
Just set sender, from email etc.
