Live helper chat support / desktop client

Hi ,

I keep receiving this message in desktop client,

" 2015.08.11 15:32:43 Soporte en Línea: We are currently busy with another client right now, can you leave your name and email and we will follow up. [This is example of delayed response] Please use forum if you need a help" or

" 015.08.11 15:32:14 Soporte en Línea: One moment please... [This is example of auto responder]. Please use forum if you need a help "


How do I stop it ?

And why do you use demo.livehelperchat.com address? let me ask? because these messages are set on demo only smile

So "User receives other operators permissions request" was checked , I unchecked it and seems ok now, would this be correct ?
I have installed the live Helper chat on server and the desktop client is windows  (QT 5), the correct host was being logged into, now sure what if anything i did wrong  sad

So when the operator clicks :

Start Chat

This happens and nothing else :

Listening nothing happens
