Translate user windows in French

Good afternoon,

I installed LiveHelperChat on my webserver and configured it in French.
The administrator part is correctly translate but the user part is still in English.
I checked on Transifex that this part is correctly translate.

So how to have the main user part (Fill out this form to start a chat - Name and Your question) correctly translate ?

This text should be translations.

So not sure how can i help you hmm. Perhaps you did not chose a language during embed code. Really hard to say...

"Choose language" combobox. There you can choose in what language widget should be.
