I'm having a problem with a customer who asked to do a job, but talking about now I did not do anything.

I need to find all service done to him. Where I do this search by email or message?

Unable to locate any records. Appears only the historical referring the person I'm giving service at the time. If the person leaves, closes the service, also shows no more.
