chat loading slow in the site

Hi, we are testing the live chat in our site with: http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/AVi1Z/budamail.comAnd our site normally load under 1 sec and because this chat now load in more than 6 sec, because take only 5 sec to load the chat.Cache for chat is active, is there a way to make this chat loading faster?Please help!

Just one thing. Today with another client we had some similar problem, and slow comes from GEO detected, if you are using very first. You can try to switch to local maxmind solution. So software won't make calls to external services and should be faster in general.

You are correct. The slow comes from that geo shit. I just disabled the track online visitors feature and now it's fast as hell. Thanks b

You could just use other geo provider. Just local MaxMind setup.
