Hi,
after create a Surveys, how to enable at the end of a chat?

Also sad to see when operator end the chat user loose the conversation with the operator as is immediately showed the survey page and user will be unable to see the conversation again so finish to read messages. This will be not a good user experience sad

The only way to escape this for now will be not use surveys at the end of the conversation.

In embed code generation window there is an option to choose one.

Thanks. For now seems stars text are only in English (Poor, etc) and can't to be translated.
Maybe in future version will be supported all languages.

Thanks Rem, great job.
I see when operator close the chat, the chat is missed if the surveys are active because after survey the widget show very fast confirmation message and then it closed hitself.

User should be able to go back to the conversation after completing the surveys so they can ask for the chat transcript or read the closed conversation.

So if I can suggest after the surveys widget should not closed hitself but go alow user to go back to the closed conversation
at the same screen of when a chat is ended and there are no surveys active.

or better idea is surveys should be executed in a pop up like when the leave message form is showed in case some department are online and some not department is offline and other are online.

Here is an example. Imagine not offline message but survey in this way:

Survey as off-line message and when is closed user are back to the closed conversation wink

I hope you agree with me.
Now if survey are active user loose the conversation if operator close the chat. That is not good.

Sorry, but won't be done. But I did other way.

1. Chat widget won't be closed automatically so user can use same chat menu and print chat from survey window.
2. Also just pushed another update so user will be able to change his nick smile

But as for my case where chat transcript is disabled user can't go back to read the conversation IF survey are active. This is not good.
Maybe add a button to go back to the conversation for read the conversation or operator says bye yo the user closed the chat and user will be immediately redirected to other survey page by lossing to read what is just written from the operator. Imagine a long message, when operator press close user loose the screen so can't read. This is not good.

Can you understand what I mean? You should find a solution for this smile

I will not enable chat print as for now i don't want this function.
You have add a great survey but this will be not good for the use as as the operator closed the chat user looses the conversation. Why?
Because user are redirected to surveys page and after the survey user will be unable to read.
How many time operator can write a last message and close chat? I think is very bad as the chat is closed user loose the chat and can't read and is redirected to other page.
This is good only if after survey user are able to finish to read the conversation and is not good can be able to do that only with chat transcript.

What happen:
1. User start a chat
2. Operator wirte some message and close the chat

If the survey are active user will be not able to read the operator message that because the conversation will be hidden and user are redirected immediately to the survey.
After saving the survey user will be not able to see again the conversation so can't finish to read the operator message.

And you say the solution is ask for chat transcript.
I think is not a great solution.

The survey should be showed to the user but make again visible the conversation after user has voted so user is able to finish to read the conversation and last operator message who otherwise are not showed to the user because as soon operator press end chat user will loose everything.

I have just suggested to you.
Sad to see the surveys will work in this way by made user loose conversation. This is not great experience.

For example in my chat i want have chat print and chat transcript disabled. The chat should work well also if this two settings are disabled.

Also it's strange and not good experience user for finish to read the conversation with the operator should send to email or print.
I can't understand why survey can't be as the off-line message in a pop up or have a back button to the conversation.

For now i will skip to use this survey as i don't like in this way. It's all good but not good user can't go back or finish to read the operator conversation and for do that they must use print or send chat transcript.

I have tried to give you some feedback here.
Sorry rem hihih if i show my ideas.

For now sad to see a beautiful things like survey works with this issue in your great software.

Hi rem,
hope to see the back to the conversation button in the confirmation feedback of the surveys.

I found another issue where user are unable to start new chat.

1. Activate a Surveys
2. Put the Embed code
3. Start a chat
4. End a chat from operator side, user will se the survey
5. Vote the survey

Now when you close you are unable to start new chat, you can only resume.
For start new chat you should close the browser and clear cookies.

Hope to see back button and this issue also fixed :-) with start new chat button

Strange, I am able to reproduce also with Chrome.. but for reproduce in your demo i must take embed code and put on a HTML so maybe i see the issue where is a different domain.
After voting the survey i press the close button.
Then try to start a new chat and I can see only the resume button.

It's ok if you are not able to reproduce, maybe it's me.

I can't reproduce in my official install because I not allow to reopen a closed chat, closed chat by the operator
but able to reproduce in your demo.

I put the Widget Embed code in a real time HTML editor online like this:

I ques you just wasted my time big_smile . Resume button is visible if you want to resume old chat. If you want to start new it's just enough enter a message and press enter smile

My error here was because I usually see a start chat button. Sorry again,
ahaha that was why when i discover you had removed send button as start button in quick chat
I was not like very much ahaha and today i was in error because I was unable to think how to start new chat big_smile
As i saw only resume. tongue
