Hello everyone,
There a setting or configuration to handle different email templates for each department?
That is, for every department has a different sender and different email address is used.

If I configure the SMTP settings of all e-mail out on behalf of the configured account. If I change email templates yet still dating data SMTP account.
for example,
In Mail Setup I have the account "***.com"
I have the template that the sender is "Live Helper" and the account is "***.com"
but all mails come out to "Test" and from the account "***.com"

Chat transcript or what?
Usually the Live Chat don't have to send much emails.
Maybe notification for operator but to the user just only send chat transcript..
I don't know if is really needed settings for send every department from different emails.
Now is not supported and i don't know if will be but maybe is not really necessary until someone not show why will be necessary or good idea

In short
1. You can't have different e-mails per department
2. You can configure senders in e-mail templates and in general mail settings. From etc.
