Email addresses captured - How to get extract / dump

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I will be able to see the email addresses captured by LHC from the 'required' email address field on the pop up widget for each chat?

Sorry, I don't know where you mean...

Basically, I want to be able to get a list of all email addresses from customer's at the end of the day if that is possible?

I ques you can go to chat lists page. And just export chats. There should be a column with e-mail

Thanks - I'll need to make sure agents are 'closing' chats when they're finished, rather than 'deleting'

You can forbid that by adjusting operators role permissions.
