Close chat active

hi write to the following is going to the user browses the page if in doubt use the chat and it works perfect but the user closes the chat window and the operator side chat remains active for a long time the solution that I managed for this is that the operator will have to close after a certain time there is no way that if the user closes the chat operator side close automatically ??
