Where do I add php cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/workflow ?

Hi Rem - where is the crontab?

I can manually run the the cron by going to System configuration>Maintenance and running 'automatic chats close'. This works perfectly and closes 'closed chats' but I just can't work out where to put that line of code to run this job automatically?
