I'm good again using live helper would like to know if there is any way to invitation to chat when in a specific url thanks

yes it's possible...
on the visitor list page just bellow the user you can see what's the browsed page, you can then initiate a chat with that user
proactive have to be enabled (in the inserted script on the specific page)

Thank you for answering what I want is when a visitor reaches the url www.example.com/contact immediately invited to chat but have not managed to do this as I can give some idea of how to do this thanks

intika suggested send it manually. As I understood you want it automatically happen, I'm afraid that's not possible at the moment.
But here is little trick, workaround how you can do that with current feature set.
Not sure would it work out for your. But you can use identifiers for partly reach that functionality. Create proactive invitation and set "Identifier, for what identifier this message should be shown, leave empty for all" let say contact. Then user navigates to your mentioned page, just make sure that JS embed code has identifier attribute also. That way you should have your desired functionality.
