Rating 0 - 5 stars instead of thumbs up / thumbs down?

Thumbs up / down isn't all that effective at measuring an agents effectiveness.  Is there any way to use a 1- 5 stars rating system instead?

Something around 350 USD - 380 USD

You can try to find someone who will need it so perhaps they could split a cost

Thank you.  I have forwarded this information on to the people that pay the bills and it is being considered.  I would say there is a very good chance we will sponsor this feature in the near future.
