Hello,
We use your live chat app and it is hosted on your server. As of now it is completely failing. Users are not able to do chat with the operators.

This was informed by one of the clients:
"I was not able to input anything else than my mail address.(clicked on the "live support offline" thing)"

I just started chat on your server, so not sure what exactly is failing?

You have configured redirect user to feedback fom if chat is not accepted for n seconds.
It should be nice before blaming someone to make sure it's not your own configuration fault

Hi,
I am sorry if I came off rude. I was not blaming anyone, I was just asking for help to fix it, I almost knew this had something to do with the configuration considering I don't see any others having this issue.
Anyway thanks for finding out the correct issue. I will go ahead and see if this fixes the problem.
Can you please tell me where exactly this can be configured? - Is it after click on on edit department?
Also this will only happen if the support is offline right?
Again I am sorry but I really didn't mean it that way!
