When user is blocked, chat widget is loaded with background page

The chat application is fantastic!!!
Can I get a help in this issue
When a chat user is blocked, at the chat user page it is loading the background url in the embedded chat widget after the chat widget is closed and reopened again.. Can we not fix it by showing a custom page like "You are blocked" to the chat user instead of showing loading background url in the chat widget??

this will may be help you but i don't think if it will accord all users needs.
if you are willing to pay for that feature you can contact the dev through skype or else, he will help for sure.

Temporary ban with message.
Maybe we can add to implement also message for the user when the user is permanently banned,
will be nice an editable message for each ban.

However for now is not supported this feature.
