Limit simultaneous threads per operator

Hello,

I'd like to know if there's an option to set the ax number of simultaneous chats per agent. In fact, I want my operators to only be able to have 2 active chats.
Current settings is unlimited: an operator can respond to more than 2 chats at a time.

Does such setting exist?
If not, is it possible to implement using a module? Or should I tweak the core?

No it does not exits.

What you should do just override this https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … inchat.php module file and add some checks there.
