switching between widget and popup
Hello,
In the chat widget I have added custom fields required. Displayed well in the widget. But when I switch to pop up, these fields are not shown.

Do you have an updated version?

I ques you did not checked for these fields visible in popup. So just configure properly back office. Start chat form settings. You have to configure widget and popup form.
