chat automatic closure

hello remigijus,
I installed your chat on my website.
I tried to set a time for the automatic closure of the chat. The option doesn't work. I tried the same process on your website demo and it still doesn't work.
I set a two minute time (closing) in chat configuration/misc/automatic chat closing.
is that correct?

You have to have running cronjob... Which I do not think you do...

if I have cpanel, how would the parameter to add?

my intallation is in http://subdom.domain.com

the cronjob in cpnel would?: * * * * * php cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/workflow >/dev/null 2>&1

im newbie but i think site_admin is the path of LHC? like: "/home/myweb/public_html/livehelperchat" ??

More like that, also try to run maintenance from lhc back office it should also close chats. There is option manually executing closing workflow.

cd /home/myweb/public_html/livehelperchat && php cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/workflow >/dev/null 2>&1

unfortunately I do not have access to ssh = (
What would be the proper parameter for cpanel?
