Hi,

I think I may have found a bug, please correct me if im wrong but i have deleted all my custom templates and restored to default latest installation and this is still happening (unfortunetly I cannot test on your demo as there is no widget and on livehelperchat.com its currently showing chat deleted for me).. perhaps its a setting, but I have experimented with these.

Basically once your already into a chat there is no problem and switching between widget and popup works fine.

BUT on the first screen (enter name and message and click to start chat).. when switching from widget to popout (this works fine) but when you switch back to a widget.. it brings up the message 'Chat was deleted'.

Sorry, but your explain is just to confusing to understand anything...
Try rewrite your problem in the points
1. Open site
2. Click....

and so on

Hi, Sorry my mistake! Once again thanks for great software!

My only final concern is about users seeing the 'Chat was deleted' was deleted message, this message (Chat was deleted) now only seems to be displayed if an operator deletes the chat whilst chatting. Then it seems the user must clear all cookies/cache before they dont receive the chat deleted message/its possible to chat again.

But if the chat has already finished and been closed, if the chat is deleted in admin, its possible for the user to open up the chat again without having to clear cookies/cache, is this correct?

I basically dont want the user (by any means) to see the 'Chat was deleted' message. Do you know how this is possible? If all chats are never deleted but only closed, would this be the best way to achieve what I need, and would there be any issue.

what is your native language?

Chat was deleted is a message printed if the operator delete a chat.
This can't be changed and should not be changed.

If you don't want show this message to the user just only close normally the chat with close chat function.

I tried to reproduce the issue yu told from swith from widget to pop up and from pop up to a widget but i can't see any issue.
Please if you see an issue you should write step by step for reproduce.

EX:
1 started a chat as visitor with name field
2. opened a pop up from widget
3. switched to widget again

all works fine.
This is my test and all work fine.
