Online Visitors not grouping users
Hi there,
I have an issue with the Online Visitors not grouping a user's movement while they are visiting the website. Every time a visitor clicks on a new page it creates an independent entry.
Other issue I can not see past 50 independent entries. If I choose to view any options beyond one hour I can only see 50 entries.
Combine these two issues and I end up only view the actions of a couple of users at a time.

That means, that user browser does not support cookies. Or some other reason. But here all works.

OK, I can see that if it was only one visitor every once in a while, but that is how it is with every visitor. where is the script that sets the cookie? was there a change to it in the latest version updates that I may have missed?
is there a reason why I can not view more than 50 entries on the online visitors page?

List itself limited to 50 entries. You can try to embed code from demo.livehelperchat.com to see does it repeats. But it does'nt on demo. And demo is also 2.01 version.

Same issue with me, i try at demo site working fine, could be setting somewhere? using lhc 2.02

not grouping, just default. Its display each of page navigate from same user ip, no time on site

In this case, without personal look i cannot tell. There is commercial support if needed, it just works here...

i find out why.. it happens when tooltip disabled. if enable its working fine. any idea to disable tooltip and keep it work?

You can disable it in
Chat configuration -> Online tracking -> "show need help tooltip"
Was there any javascript error?
