Newbie looking for basic training

Hello, I'm in the USA and have installed Live Help Chat through Softaculous and now I'm looking for some video tutorials on using your software.

I've looked on YouTube but have not found any that covers how to use the program or setup things like canned responses and so on.

So far I'm loving the program but moving very slow because I'm just pushing buttons to see what happens

Thank you Remdex.

I make training videos for a living (PLRVideoDirect dot com) so as I figure things out, I'll try and record a video showing what I've done.

You have an awesome program here and I'll be using on all my sites as soon as I get a few more things figured out.
