i see few chats pending since long ie user did chat later he closeschat , nowchat should go to closed chat ,automatically after some time period like 3-4 hours

hi i followed steps and did as there , i also set up cron job as said there

1: stilll chat reamins in active chat after specified time
2: i executed "Execute automatic chats closing/purging in back office" still chat was there in active chats

please tell how can we fix it

also if user lefts chat it shows user has left if user had left then chat must to goto close chat .

Please help and fix

Sorry, but all works here. Cannot fix what i cannot reproduce 99.9% change you just misconfigured something without personal look impossible to tell...

There is no easy way to debug except

Or there is commercial support for these type of issues...

Hi,

1. Are you sure that cronjob is running? php cron.php -s site_admin -c cron/workflow

2. I made small change in closing cronjob you can just replace file and see does it helps

In general now definitely all should be working smile If not i'm afraid you are on your own.
