Main widget text>Text then operator closes a chat

Hi

I want to customise the text under Home>Themes>Widget themes>Edit>Main widget text>Text then operator closes a chat

When I enter my own text and click 'Update' my new text does not show and instead I see the default text 'Support staff member has closed this chat'.

Do you know what I'm doing wrong? Everything else I change in the theme options works perfectly but not this one?

You can either replace those effected files or just upgrade as you were doing regular upgrade.
