Re: Can't start install

If you install folder is http://www.mydomain.com/livehelperchat/lhc_web
this is your place of installation.
if you want your installation is http://www.mydomain.com/livehelperchat/ just move the content of /lhc_web/ to previus folder /livehelperchat/

Saludos,

Re: Can't start install

I run LHC on bluehost without any issues. What kind of error do you get, 404 etc? Did you check error logs in your cpanel?

I just had to move some stuff around and ran into the same error. I went into settings.ini.php and enabled debug. Which told me it could not find a file in the cache folder. After trying a few things I wiped permissions on my local cache files, uploaded them to the bluehost server and was good to go.

Re: Can't start install

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'erLhcoreClassSystem' not found in /home3/.../livehelper/lhc_web/index.php on line 30

I could see the above in the error log in cpanel.  Please suggest what could be done...
