Operator side chat not updating

I have some different problem here , operator side chat is not updating but user side working fine , i have to refresh or open in new window each time , what to do ?

Sorry, this does not help you need to debug ajax queries, see responses and so on.

you should take a look at chat/syncadmin call. This one is responsible for syncing chats.
In general i'm afraid without some system error etc, no one will be able to help you. If you need personal help there is commercial support, fixing these issues most of the time takes half hour 20$. So atleast you will know the reason why it does not work and if it's bug it's free all the time smile
