What for, like we have live help widget for private chats? Can you describe workflow when and how this would be used?

- Live help widget is for guest and Site manager
- Chat box module is for guest and guest but it would be great if guest and guest can have a private chat (it can be have multi-tabs).

I mean Chat box module should be developed more extension as an official chat room with full features. It's just my suggestion!
