want to show close chat on custom chat

i want to show close chat on custom page created by me .

i saw code of it was written in:

design/defaulttheme/tpl/lhchatbox/closedchats.tpl.php

i tried to paste all content of this page to my custom tabs but it seems not work,

please guide me how to show close chat on custom page

Something related, but just you will have to dig the code to see how all works etc... There is no simple instructions like go here, do this etc...
