Server not found, widget coordinates?

Installing and testing is working wonderfully - with one exception: If I drag the chat widget up, then back down, I will intermittently be redirected to a URL of the pattern www.[number],[number].com where it appears that the numbers are X and Y coordinates. Do I have a configuration error, perhaps, or is this a bug? It appears that the behavior is only triggered when moving the chat widget back down... Thanks!
