Offline chat

Hi there,

First of all let me thank you for the incredible tool you made available. Very nice and niet features.Congrats!

I did some research on how to make this happen but i did not find anything, here is what i would like to do:

1- User logs in to the site and operators are offline
2- User leaves the messages on the widget (page embeded)
3- The message is sent by email, but a chat instance is also created, so that the operator can later respond to this chat instance.

Is this possible?

Im being an idiot! Please ignore me....

Just changed the setting System Configuration -> Start chat settings -> "Enable leave a message functionality..."
