Problems with proactive chat requests

Hello,

I've read the excellent tutorials and as far as I am aware, followed them to the letter. I have my proactive chat set up according to the tutorials: http://nimb.ws/em2FNx

I have embedded the code which includes the options for pro-active chats:

I can confirm the identifier matches between the pro-active response setup and the embed code.

I've never been able to get this to fire, at all ... I'm sure I am missing something fundamental but I've been over the tutorials and forum posts time and again with no joy!

Can someone point out the obvious?

Hi,

Do not choose department in proactive invitation like in embed code generation you did not chose any. At the moment you have chosen support.

Aha, perfect! This has bugged me for months and one simple setting was wrong, how frustrating!!!!
