some basic thing needed

lhc is super nice but i want to how can i  add operator name in chat tab is any operator is chatting with user so that admin can be clear who is chatting with whom.

as of current i see chat tab which show username , wait time , and few other thing also i want to add operator name by whom user in server also , can u please guid how can i do it

Hi,

I ques day ago or so I did enhancements that as soon chat is accepted owner is logged in chat messages. Or on other words in messages list will be logged who has accepted a chat.

AS for you requirements not sure i understood, but you can always use github search to find particular code...

i just want to show operator name who is doing chat with user in list of current chats , please  guide me
