Urgent appreciate your help

Hi remdex, I have registered user in my system, I need to use chat box for online help for each user where each user can see his chat logs each time he login. How can I do that.

First of all, I appreciate your reply. I think I can't understand your answer or I missed writing the perfect question. Let me write it again.
I have registered users in my system for sure these users need to chat with admin but also they need to check their previous chat logs every time they start chatting. I tried to add live help embedded code inside the user chat page but each time he tries to request for help a new ticket opened for him and the previous logs disappear. How to make that.

It's really hard to understand what you are trying to achieve. Live help widget each time is different chat. The most related thing perhaps would be

In any case everything it's up to you.
