Pro Active chat for specific reasons

Hi There,

We are looking at Live Helper Chat for integration into a website. Many of our users have challenges logging in, forgetting their passwords etc. What we would like to do is issue a proactive invitation after they have tried to login 3 times.

Because our login page is all AJAX based, there are no page reloads and as such the number of visits functionality in the default proactive functionality wont work for us. Is it possible to have the proactive mechanism look at a variable on the page to determine if a proactive chat should be initiated or alternatively, a Javascript API that we could call to initiate after 3 failed login attempts.

Any other suggestions also welcome to satisfy the requirement

At the moment there is no sutch api. But i ques it would be not so hard to implement it, at-least for me

In any case first thing you would do is fill github issue. Then just wait, or you can always speedup development by donating for specific feature you want.
