chat isn't auto refreshing

The chats in the backoffice section aren't auto refresh, It needs to close them and then open them again to see the last changes. How can I fix this?

Sorry, that means something not right with your LHC configuration or server. See

You will have to use chrome debug, see ajax queries their results etc...

thanks for answer, I was checking your answer and I don't understand what LHC means, where can I check if I have LCH configuration correctly?

LHC just shortname for Live Helper Chat. About configuration it's impossible to tell without seeing it live. And if you want personal look there is commercial support for these type of issues, usually 20$ or half hour is enough.
