Old chats not saving

Hi can someone please help me out. I have completed the install and all is good but one small thing when i close a chat about minutes later the chat disappears from the closed chat menu. I cant find any old chats. What am I missing Thanks

Hi,

Perhaps you are clicking delete chat icon instead of closing?

nope I'm not clicking the delete button. I'm sure its the close button. Also Just to let you know I have developed a small plugin that allows users to add live helper chat to their WordPress website. Its noting fancy but it does the trick. I also put a couple of links in the admin panel like one to your forum and another to your hosting services and lastly one to your donate page. I am waiting on WordPress to ok the plugin on their site for download. Once wordpress approve this plugin i'll add it to LHC in extensions section . As for not appearing chats really don't know.

Is there any chance you can have a look in my admin and seeing if you can tell whats wrong..
