Unable to find where the active , pending chats

I'm using Live helper chat for chat feature in my website. But i am unable to find where the active , pending chats are updating their values in the database. I found the fields of pending_chat_counter , active_chat_counter fields in the lh_users table in the  database.But the values of those fields are not updating.

Hi,

Not all of them are updating in general. And some of them will be used in future, but at the moment they are not i think. Just use github search to find.
