Delete department

Hy.

How can I delete a department, I'm running the latest version and I don't have any chat attached.

Go to department edit window and if it's not attached to any chat there will be a button to delete it.

I have deleted all the chat from the admin panel. Where should I check to see if there are any more?

I was able to delete all the departments beside the one that was created for the admin.

I too can confirm that this is the case! Would be great if we could delete ALL departments.

I thing that we can't delete the department that was first created for the admin, just a supposition from what I saw.

I have deleted all chat and operator to the department but still unable to delete. How i can delete? I press edit and there is not delete.

I need to delete this department with ID 3
I have looked in chat list, filtered by this department: no chat.
No user assigned to this department.

It is not good I AM unable to delete and LHC not tell me why I can't delete...
Delete button no present? Well LHC must tell me what to do for enable, why is not showed?

And now how to delete this old department who make only confusion?

Solution finded.
By searching on department I can't find any chat so I assigend me admin to only that department and in chat list i found a chat, deleted and now I am able to delete department.

Very difficult tongue ohhhh better now
