Send message when cron closses chat.

Hi Remdex,

I was wondering, would it be possible to send the costumer a final massage when cron closes a active chat?
A message like "Sorry we did not get an reaction zo the chat was closed, if you haven more questions you can start an new chat"

As for implementation it's possible to implement. But i don't think it will be done any time soon. You can fill github feature request in any case. And if you really need it there is always option to sponser specific features...
