Hi, Im having an issue logging into my admin, it had been working but suddenly has stopped?
I also had this setup on another domain on the same host and had the same issue, so im presuming its a hosting issue, but I have no idea what the problem is? And my hosts suggested it might be due to a change of permissions, which they corrected, but still isn't working?
Many thanks in advance if can possibly help!?

BTW, im using all the latest files, and a fresh installation, after the issues I mentioned on the previous domain. I have only modified template files.

You did not provided any specific information like error itself. With such amount of information you gave, I have no solution for your problem.

Hi, Sorry, I have checked the logs and can find no errors, and on the frontend it just refreshes the page, no error is displayed.
Would it help to send you a link and login?

Sorry, but I don't have time for free support if I cannot solve a problem from forum posted details.

Hi, My hosts excalated this issue to Level3 technicians.
They came back and said:
We have checked the provided instructions, your debug logs and did not find any missed options or errors. Also we can confirm that the option cgi.fix_pathinfo has the value 1. You can check this via the following link: http://secure.silk-dev.co.uk/livehelp/phpinfo.php
Also, you can provide the Livehelperchat sofrtwares support team with this link so that they can be able to check your current settings. It can be useful.
As we can see the DB credentials in your configs are correct, and all our attempts to change m5 and sha1 password for user "admin" are unsuccessful.
We have also found that when we try to login via "http://secure.silk-dev.co.uk/livehelp/i … user/login" no any mysql connections are happening. It looks like this form is not working at all.
Also, please keep in mind that we do not provide support for 3rd party scripts because we are not developers. We suggest you to contact the Livehelperchat software support on this matter.

As you can see above this is a link to my site http://secure.silk-dev.co.uk/livehelp/i … user/login
Really hoping you can help, thanks!

Hi Remdex, same issue here.
Login suddenly stopped working, form post is checking for the correct login credentials, but when providing the correct login data it's showing the loginpage again.
If i check the "Remember me" box it works however. I'm debugging now, but if you have any input from jimmy's case it would be much appreciated to share this.
Cheers!

Problem with this client was, the he override a login form. But new form requires csrf token now.

Hmm, i'm using version 2.24v, it's not using or holding the lhkernel/csfr_token.tpl.php.
I'll try and manually integrate it, maybe this will solve. Strange thing is that it occured all of the sudden, and that login does work once you check the "Remember Me" option.
Debugging mode on doesn't add any noticable lines.
PS: I'm running with memcached but i don't believe the login will be cached right? ;-)

Memcached isn't the issue, it's indeed the invalid csfr token... very strange, as i've customized most things i hope i can get it working.
When i want to delete/remove a chat i'm getting the message "Invalid CSFR token". Also posting answers to chats from the backend aren't working anymore
