Different CSS text styling settings for operator and visitors? SOLVED

Hello,

Is it possible to separate CSS styling of operator from visitors messages content in chat window?

For example, operator have one color and background, but user have other text color and background color?

In that way it is much easier to distinguish a and follow chat history.

Please let me know.

Cheers.

Hello,

Yes, I know that. But I can't find separate CSS for operator vs visitor messages in widget window. Both operator and visitor got same color if changed per your instruction.

Maybe it is not possible to achieve?

You have to change
design/customtheme/css/widget_override.css

As I'm using a hosted livehelper chat, I guess this is not possible to achieve then?

Let me respond to my own question:

Yes, it is possible to do even on hosted solution smile

Just use the 'Custom CSS' tab which allows you to completely re-style livehelper chat without needing to dig into core files.

Cheers.
