Contact form while i'm off-line

Hi, When opening a new message i see an option ' Redirect user to contact form '

Am i able to set this up to be sent automatically when im off-line?
If so, How on earth can you do that as i've looked everywhere?

You don't need that. In embed code genration just choose show offline form if there is no online operators.

Thanks for the quick reply.
This has already been ticked but it doesn't show anywhere where a customer can leave their email for you to respond.
Ive done various things in start a chat form settings but still no email tab comes up when testing it.
sorry to be so vague in this but its driving me nuts now haha
