End of chat survey - questionary module?

Can we use the "Questionary" module to create a post chat survey that pops up when chat is closed? If not, are there other work around to do this?

Hi,

Idea perhaps worth considerations, but at the moment there is no surveys once chat is over.

Greetings,

We are interested in livehelperchat.com for our company, but today we use a system that triggers a survey for both customer and call center agent (distincts surveys) when any of them ends the chat session.

Looking in livehelper solution I wonder how to implement such scenario. I can see we could assemble questionary and forms, but at firs look, I couldn't figure out how to fire them or have a link for them when an user closes the chat. Do I have to customize the widget?

Can you please provide some insight for this scenario?

thanks you for your message in the forum.

Great hear that you are thinking about use live helper chat for you business.
Seems in your post you as for information and maybe request feature who actually can be not supported.

Remedy, the chat owner seems to be busy in that month and is some days I not hear you on the forum.
My suggestion is to try to wait some day, after please consider to open a GitHub topic. You can find the github link in the livehelperchat.com homepage at the bottom.

Maybe a reply can Tahoe some days, you can also think to try commercial support, you can find info in the livehelperchat.com website. Thanks again!

live helper chat support a small survey at the end of the chat.
If you want a more complex survey you can consider to create a predefined message and invite your operator to send that message on chat closure.

Seems there are no instruction how to set a survey in the documentation.
If you look at the last live helper chat 2.44 you can find in setting survey page where you can create survey.
After done that you need generate Embed code and in the option select the survey from the dropdown to show to the visitor.
