hosted version question

I am looking to buy hosted version for my website and was wondering is it the same as the download version and will I be able to cancel it when I no longer need it? As I am looking to buy hosting to put the chat on but would like to purchase the hosted version for the meantime before I get my website and hosting set up.

Yes, you can cancel it at any time also if you wish i could send you database copy

Ok so all my details will be safe?

And also I had question about the chat software - is it possible to give the canned messages individual names to identify them easier, without having the whole canned  message to select? Like 'Welcome' or 'Goodbye', or to put the canned messages into categories?
