Hi I´m trying to create a specific rol for a new group where the operator can participate only from his department and only see they particular opened and closed chats.
So I´m trying to permit operators from de same department see all pending chats, but is necessary they don´t see others operators chats in any circumstances.
If someone know how deal if this trouble please help-me !!!

Hi,
Listings in right column always are based on department. So just disable users to see other departments chats and you will be good.

Hi mister remdex first of all I want say that I really appreciate your help, but my issue is that every operator or user have the capability to see all conversations from others users in the same department and I want give this role only for manager the department and not for everyone.
Here I show that a user named Rodrigo can see the chat from other user this is the point do not allow then to see each other conversations
Here is where they can accesses the menu from closed chats and not in the right column.

You can't do that. But you can disable operators to open already accepted chat.
