No EMayls for Offline Chats

Dear Team,
I am using Live Helper Chat. When my chat client is on offline mode it asks user to write a message which should be mailed to the recieptent as a notification. I am not able to receive any such notifications to my mail.
A prompt help would be greatly appreciated.

Check mail templates in back office and set proper sender e-mail.Also you can check your server mail logs.
