Chat does not send customers emails when operators are offline !!!
Chat does not send customers emails when operators are offline , can anyone help?
*** the test of emails arrive correctly but of page visitors do not arrive ...

Check mail settings. Perhaps incorrect sender etc. No idea... Also you can check mail template settings.
